The Second Floor

The second floor is nearing completion. We finished installing the tongue and groove of both storage lofts (which used glue and finishing nails) and are moving back to framing. We used 4 quick clamps to secure the left and right short walls (pictured up top in the center image) and will nail them in place soon. We are also working on nailing together (with the nail gun) the top plates of the long, angled walls (as seen in the leftmost image). After we finish with the long walls, we will connect them and start working on the roof.
